DRC Annual Conference

The DRC Annual Conference is this weekend in Orlando. I’m not going this year. But, last year I spoke on Mortgage Mediation in Bankruptcy – A New Trend.

A few months ago the U.S. Bankruptcy Court held a special Summit. I was there, and the major result was:

• Mortgage Modification Mediation PORTAL in all districts of U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in Florida, AUGUST 1, 2014
• All financial documents uploaded, accessed by creditor and mediator online

This is a big deal!

Southern District has great results with use of the PORTAL.
