Constance d’Angelis

Constance d’Angelis, Attorney at Law, has been a member of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and The Florida Bar since 1983. She has practiced debtor/creditors’ rights law in both the Florida State Courts and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts since being admitted to the Bar. Constance is approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, as a Residential Mortgage Mediator. In addition, she is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, specifically certified in residential mortgage foreclosure mediations; and a Florida Qualified Arbitrator. She was an arbitrator for FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) from the mid 80’s until 2013. She is a member of CARE (Credit Abuse Resistance Education) a financial literacy program taught by bankruptcy professionals.Currently, she is a member of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar and American Bankruptcy Institute. Constance is an author of the nine (9) hour CLE, U.S. Bankruptcy Court approved course Modifying Mortgages in Bankruptcy; one (1) hour CLE Mortgage Modification Tips – How to prepare Government Documents; three (3) hour CLE Student Loans & Solutions; two (2) hour CLE The Ethics of the Advocate-Mediator Relationship; 2.1 hour CME (Continuing Mediator Education) course Bankruptcy Mediation: A New Trend; and two and one half (2.5) hour CLE National Trend: Mortgage Modification – U.S. Bankruptcy Courts courses.
