Marina Shemwell earned her BA in Psychology from the University of South Florida. She is a specialist in the area of banking loss mitigation; and has substantial experience in foreclosure, housing and community collaboration through various financial institutions in Tampa for more than ten years. Marina is particularly competent in the areas of basic financial advising, business development, and client interfacing. In her capacity as a Creative Director, she has developed organizational publications and manuals, such as the Homeownership Empowerment Journal.
