Terry E. Smith

Terry E. Smith has been a Standing Chapter 13 Trustee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida since 1993. Previously, he was a Chapter 7 Trustee for 5 years. His prior work experience includes public accounting, mortgage brokering, banking, and teaching. He earned a B.A. with high honors from Michigan State University in 1968 and an M.B.A from Wayne State University in 1976. He had been a C.P.A since 1971.
